This is a great dish at home. I actually think most people can make a better risotto than most restaurants - a bold statement!

Everyone is making and baking bread at the moment and this type of bread lends itself to using up the bits and bobs that you have in the fridge. It's a stuffed bread and can be a meal in its own right.
